Whistleblower Scheme – HTO Demolition

HTO Demolition is committed to maintaining an open and responsible culture, where serious or illegal matters can be reported safely and confidentially.

This scheme applies to all employees, partners, and individuals associated with HTO Demolition.

What Can Be Reported?
Reports may concern serious or criminal matters, such as:
  • Theft, embezzlement, fraud, deception, bribery, or corruption
  • Accounting fraud or misuse of company assets
  • Serious breaches of occupational safety or environmental regulations
  • Discrimination, violence, threats, assault, or harassment
  • Serious and repeated violations of internal policies

Minor personnel issues, such as salary, absence, or collaboration difficulties, should be handled with your immediate supervisor and not through the whistleblower scheme.

Who Can Report?
Anyone connected to HTO Demolition may submit a report – either anonymously or by providing their identity:
  • Current and former employees
  • Board members
  • Suppliers and partners
  • Customers, shareholders, and other associated individuals
Reports may only concern persons connected to HTO Demolition.
How to Report

Reports can be submitted electronically via email:

Reports are confidentially reviewed by the responsible board member. External advisors may be involved if necessary. 

Confidentiality and Anonymity
  • All reports are treated confidentially
  • Anonymous reports can be submitted without providing name or contact information
  • Remove metadata from attached documents to maintain anonymity
In certain cases, if the matter is referred to authorities, the reporter’s identity may need to be disclosed.
Processing and Case Handling
  • Reports are acknowledged within 7 days of receipt (if not anonymous)
  • Assessment to determine whether the report falls within the scheme
  • Investigation initiated if required, possibly with legal or external support
  • Case handling is aimed to be completed within 3 months
  • The reporter is informed of the outcome, if not anonymous
Protection Against Retaliation
  • Reporters acting in good faith are protected against retaliation
  • Attempts at retaliation may result in employment sanctions
  • Reports made in bad faith may have consequences for the reporter
Data Deletion
  • Information is deleted if the report is unfounded or outside the scope of the scheme
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for case handling
  • Disciplinary matters may be retained in personnel records if needed
